The new PSC PowerMax™ power distribution platform provides a new high-power alternative to our Power Station. This all-new product provides power distribution, filtering, battery charging and uninterruptible power for the film and video industries. The PSC PowerMax™ provides six 4 pin XLR outputs each capable of supplying clean, filtered, power at 6Vdc, 12Vdc and 18Vdc. Each output connector and voltage is individually filtered to eliminate unwanted system noise in the form of intermodulation of your various equipment's DC to DC converters. The PowerMax™ contains a built in 150 watt onboard battery charger that can be used while powering your equipment. Its design is based on past PSC designs that have proven very reliable in the field. Charger operation is automatic and quiet. The new PSC PowerMax™ differs from our PSC Power Station in that it does not internally house any rechargeable batteries.

We have decided to separate the batteries from the electronics to provide a smaller and conveniently mountable platform. The PowerMax™ is designed to interface with up to two rechargeable sealed lead acid batteries. This new design allows you to mount the PowerMax™ in a convenient upfront place on your sound cart, while placing the battery (or batteries) out of the way. The front panel of the PowerMax™ contains Power on/off push button switches, a convenient battery "Fuel Gauge" and system status indicating LED's. Most importantly, the PSC PowerMax™ provides plenty of clean, reliable power to operate your equipment.
